Ok I am here and subbed :pop:
Perfect start although I recommend 25% strength nutes from the get go 50% after first week then work slowly up to 80% looking for any sign of tip burn. If it happens back off 10%. I also only fertigate the rock wool cubes to 20% run-off. I do not like getting little plant leaves wet. It just seems to invite pathogens. Do not fertigate too often. let the cubes get light when lifted but do not let them dry out. It is a learned process.

Spraying with spray bottle containing nutes 1-3 times daily as needed, simply spraying until I see some come through on the tray. Rather under water than over water! Think I should be moistening more than that?

There are only three real problems with misting the plants themselves. Water droplets can form a lens that focuses light on the underlying leaf surface. If the light is strong enough (not likely indoors) it can burn the leaf. second is more likely, the calcium in the water can build up on the leaf clogging the stomata as it evaporates off; this is only a problem with hard water and it takes a lot of deposition to cause the problem. That aside it really is not a problem misting the plants. The final concern is Powdery mildew. Wet plants are more susceptible to PM and this is a real concern!

You are going to see hundreds of ways to start plants They all work until they don't. I have developed my routine by trial and error. The practices I use now have had the least errors.

More so just spraying the rockwool, for me it seems easier to manage dosing to avoid over wetting and damaging my precious root system! How long until I put the babies in the RDWC system you think? Prepping some hydroton now.
