Maybe this won't be so bad. I had a totally epic boy from real seed company, a mazar-i-sharif that I wanted to pollinate a little bit of a hash passion (supposedly a Moroccan landrace hash plant) and ended up totally pollinating it. At first I was thinking oh crap this is way more seed than I need, but then I started to think- 2 inbred lines one from Morocco and the other from Afghanistan, the hybrids coming off this might be totally epic. So I did my googles and came up with basically nothing, no one has ever bred Morocco to mazar? Impossible!
It seems like it'll be a totally epic hybrid.
I mainly just wanted to backup the mazar with itself but got carried away in a moment of weakness late at night. Has anyone heard of this cross being done before? I won't be able to grow this out until the winter probably, I'll post some pics of the cross if there is any interest when I start it.
Well now I know what I'll be growing for the foreseeable future... lol it should be pretty epic though, both lines really really pump out the trichomes.
But no more seed runs for me for quite a while, sheesh, I don't know what possessed me, normally I just do a single branch, I just really wanted to pass the boy in front of the fan lol... Talk about a cloud of pollen, at least it looked really cool at the time...
