Lighting One light broken...

I went in to my grow today to check on my girl but what i saw was that one of two of the middle lights is out on my ms006...

I dont know if i have any recive or anything so what is my next step?
Just contact Grow Northen via mail?

And how much is the rebels for fo´r both middle lights?

You can call there live chat line in the morning if your in the USA and hopefully they have a record of your purchase.Then ask them about the rebel replacements.

New module on the way... like 15 minutes after i sent my mail i got an answer with my old order in it and a message that said that a new module is sent away tom me already....lol...almost to good to be true...

You jsut gotta love GN so very much.

Those are probably the UVs. Humans can't see UV light so it looks like those LEDs are burned out when in fact there is nothing wrong.

Hmmm, so i got my new module and i was about to install it but now i got some problems....

The new module i got does not look like the one i was about the replace...

The holes for the screws are not in the same place so i cant put it togheter..

And the glass/plastic "domes" that are on each light does not fit either...the new lights are bigger and "higher" from the plate so the domes will just sit on top of them and not over and around...

I am replacing the front middle module...just thinking that one maybe is different...

I can take pictures and upload but not untill tomorrow...

Untill then or until i get some answers is it safe to rum my led lights with only 5 modules in it or should i put in my old mudole again untill further notice?

More info please...doesent the uv lights put out any light at all we can see?
