Lighting Opinion on T-5 versus Epistar 100X3w led for first 14 days of growth?

Thanks for the input gents!! I might utilize the secondary space for at least 7-14 days and see how it works out.

Here is a plant started directly under the 100X3W epistar leds at 14 days of age(with day 1 being the day the plant breaks through the soils surface) The pot is 7"X7"

I'm replacing my one T5 with a Samsung strip light. A 4ft strip for $46, 50 watts, the same as my light, and over three times the light output, and lasts15 times longer....... T5 will be dead when people pick up on these strips

And CFLs are disappearing from stores, even the cheap LED bulbs are better

@pop22 what are your thoughts on replacing T8 or T5 seedling/start lights with LED retrofit lights? What kelvin would you use 4000k...5000k?

I don't have any experience with traditional t5 or t8 fixtures.

I have experience with Starlight t5 and it's good but I added cheap eBay LED's and plants preffed them
