Hey, I am a first-time grower in organic living soil. Coco and hydroponics are what i started off growing with. But I have never had plants that look like these. Day 27 They are in build a soil 3.0 recipe. I have not done any heavy feedings yet but more or so every 3 days I'm watering them. With tap water but I have a filter on it that removed all containments chlorine etc. Water PH is always around 6.9-7.1 when I test the PH. I just applied a top dressing of worm castings last time I watered on the 16th.I have 4 plants in this tent 3 of them are all doing the same thing and other one is healthy as can be. I'm confused because they all have been given the exact same thing. They are up under an electric sky 300 v3 in a 4x2 tent. My oscillating fan is not pointed directly at the plants nor is the speed up high... Temperature lights on 76-79/ lights off 69-65. Humidity 65-70%...Strain Mephisto Genetics 2 Forum stomper and 2 Testers I got from them strawberry nuggets/sky Walker. Any kind of help would be gladly appreciated. Thank

That’s a lot of root competition in a little container. I’d yank all of that, top dress with appropriate dry amendments & cover with a quality compost.
Maybe PH your water down as well just to see if you get a response.

Cover crop is usually used between grows to fix nitrogen in your soil for your next run. Im on my 4th run in living soil and have never seen growth like that. Also BAS 3.0 is heavily amended, how long have you been doing light feedings and with what? Usually in living soil you want to top dress (worm castings is a good start but not enough) with dry amendments. The goal is to feed the soil, not the plant, in return the soil feeds the plant. Watch some BAS videos on youtube. I know they have covered top dressing multiple times.

Ideally, you want plants to grow into the active/airy topsoil. I’m still learning Cannabis, but it appears to me to absolutely love a vibrant topsoil.
I grew a 20twenty Mendocino “Muchacha” that absolutely devoured the top soil as fast as I could replenish it.
