New Grower PC Grow 1, 46w CFL!

Hi AFN!

This is my first grow ever and also my first growlog so bare with me!

This baby is a Green-o-Matic, she´s been under 46w CFL lights since around October 19th.

The grow-equipment is really low-cost and nothing to brag about really..
She´s in a V-shaped dell case with the inside covered in aluminium foil, ive got one PC-fan that is pulling out the warm air in the box. Temps reach at 27c at max and the lowest is 23c!

Welcome Algreen to AFN! LOVE the look of GOM it's like a little canna bonsai... I also started a GOM on 10-25 and can not believe its so far allready into flowering... The little sis of yours is looking great, great stealth job...

Hiya Algreen. Your green auto looks undeveloped or slightly mutated. Don't take me up on that. as im just a novice . but you know what, if that was in my pc case id chop her down and prepare a harvest. and start again. there is a nice spectrum of trichomes as far as i can see. and id maybe get a magnifying glass and decide if she is worth a punt. Ive gotten incredibly high whilst smoking immature buds. so id chop her. but thats fiona no patients lol

Im planning to chop her down around x-mas, but if i must i will go a little longer .

Yeah she is a little mutated and undeveloped.. But i cant just chop her down yet as im just trying to study the plant and learning from my mistakes, i know that i wont get a 10grams of this girl but i think i will get a couple of good joints and an experience worth the time and the struggle.

Hey algreen, great attitude bud, let her keep growing and learn from your mistakes, the only way to go friend:thumbs:. Your next grow at it, after that one goes the days its supposed too. If your funds allow, check out some mylar for your reflective material. Aluminum foil is no good for bouncing light around, ya dig..:smokebuds:
If not, I believe roadside emergency kits for cars, have reflective blankets, (dont hold me to that though). Maybe see if you can get another light in there, if possible.

Nice looking girl for being your first ever :thumbs:and even if you just got a few bowls its awesome because you grew it yourself I would follow the advice above about replacing the Aluminum foil with an emergency blankets and you can find one in about any hunting/fishing/auto department of the store. Also two lights are better than one if you can but if you do be prepared to add another fan for heat. If you started the grow on oct 19 i would let it go to at least dec 19 thats around 60 days. Harvest then, dried by christmas and what better gift for yourself than your on bud

I like Pc-growsl, its really fun to try to fit in a tree in a shoebox like that haha
About the lamps, Ive got 2 23w 2700k CFL that i found in my home, and if i fit another one in the case it will be too hot i think, plus i dont really got the space to fit 3 cfl for now.

Well i think that you can learn in 2 ways, the first is theoretically and the second is practical and i think that the 2 is worth about the same!
Yeah the Alu foil is not good at all i know that, but the funds doesnt allow that much right now, you know x-mas is around But the next grow i will make it a bit better. I think im goin to build a new box from scratch instead, and paint it white inside with 2 60w cfl.. but thats a later project
About the lights, i dont think i can fit in a extra light in there, its kind of hard to even go with this 2 lights

Hi there Unholyfire and thank you for the welcome! Yeah i know i wont get that much from her, but its been a learningjournet for me and i think that around x-mas me and my GF is goin to smoke nice buds,not in quantity but in quality For the next grow i will make a little more effort and money to it and i will throw this case away and build me a new one! Ah i was giving poor information on the lights but there are 2 23w bulbs in there, ive got a OK lightspread over the tops, more light would be great ofc, but the space is very limited and i dont want to get an heat issue this late in the grow.
