Start off with DWC buckets, it's a good way to get your feet/roots wet lol and cheap!

Thx! That's actually the route im aiming for ive read various tutorials around here and so far it looks ridiculously easy already got my buckets and im waiting for my airpumps to get shipped to a friends house
I have basically already ordered everything except my seeds, im just waiting for everything to get here. But i'll be leaving the seeds for last because i have enough good free bagseeds to test my setup before spending $$$ on seeds cuz they expensive lol!

It helps if you catch good sales or order straight from the breeder. For instance attitude has a christmas sale that's giving like 20 free seeds. Ive never ordered from them but everyone says mephisto loves to give freebies.

Whoa i wish i had that luck with bagseed! I already know the seeds i want. Its just that its my first time hydro and indoor. After the hurricane i lost all of my outdoor equipment and seeds and nutes etc. Plus i had to move and the new place has no access to good soil or outdoor. Normally i either order from attitude or gorilla but idk jack about leds. So i ordered the 4 i mentioned in earlier posts and see their results. Once im satisfied with the lighting and the whole process i'll move on to the strains. I used to use botanicare for soil with good results but a friend reccomended ghe for hydro and they're cheap so im gonna go with those. I just find it expensive for the moment due to the whole recovery and to order here i need to spend at least $100 in seeds before the shipping cost are worth it. And with those prices i dont feel like experimenting lmao i wanna make sure that i dont kill them XD

What kind of airpump are you going with? Be careful with those eBay LEDs they do put out what they say they will 9 times out of 10 but I also understand u are working with budget....
I was thinking one of each of these for each bucket. The battery powered one in case i have a power issue so the bubbles wont stop

So it would be 2 pumps per bucket. That main on ebay and the backup from amazon
What size buckets you gonna get?
I got some black 5 gallon buckets at home depot and the 6" mesh lids ut didnt come out to more than $17
This us the part that worries me the most. I went for the quantum leds islandgrower suggested. But since im planning to expand and i need to get the hang of indoor lighting i ordered 3 additional cheap panels. A marshydro 300w a $40 knockoff of the hydro with good reviews on amazon and a SYGAVLED 600w. Even though im on a budget i am starting from scratch so i wanna do it right. Even though i dont forsee many problems i like to be thorough lol. Once i feel comfortable with leds i'll move to the real grow and if its too complicated once i dont have to depend on 100% solar cells and batteries and the power comes back i'll get hps XD. Btw 83 days without power and counting.
