Sooo a little update i have almost everything but i have gone through 40 different vendors on ebay and amazon and NO ONE will ship me ph up and ph down. So far 40 decline emails saying "we didnt know we couldnt ship to your area". I cant find it locally anywhere. And i was hoping to not pay $75 for an 8oz bottle of ph up and down from the only local supplier

Look into adjusting pH using natural locally sourced items.. ie lemon juice etc.

You guys are always amazing! So with lemons i can bring the ph down i actually have a lemon and orange tree so that would be easy to use. In the case i need to bring ph up what could i use naturally. Would aloe work? I have a bunch of aloe naturally growing around here im talking TONS of aloe plants back here.

Edit: im actually harvesting the aloe to make skin gels and aftershaves to save money. So it would be easy to add more purposes to it lol

I was at my local lowes the other day. They now have a hydroponic section. The ph up and down bottles caught my eye. They were about 8$ each.

Sorry! Been a little MIA cuz still no power and since the batteries i used were salvaged from scrap... well they crapped out on me sooner than expected, as well as one solar panel but oh well. I found some new batteries from some abadoned wrecked atvs lol. More than 100 days without power and just walking around salvaging parts from broken abandoned crap makes me feel like in living a Mad Max movie minus the leather thongs XD.

Anyway i figured out that theres a ban on shipping hydroponic equipment here so every seller has pretty much told me the same thing. So i'll be going the homemade route with lemons and baking soda. So thanks for the info guys its really helped alot! I might have to research home made nutes that are hydro friendly if the amazon seller also tells me they cant ship the nutes. But i will cross that bridge when i get there and i dont picture it should be too hard. Tbh its a little exciting lol i enjoy pretending im a chemist lmao

Update: finally got my tds meter. Tap water 147ppm out of the tap and drops to 77ppm when left out for 24 hours. Not as bad as i was expecting actually its better than my last place
