Great thread!
I made some with 190 proof everclear, it came out pretty good.
But I think I will check out some of the nail salons to see what the price of the gallon of !00% ISO is.
I am patient, and won't try to smoke it before it is thoroughly dried out so I shouldn't get any ISO taste.

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo medicated right now It worked! Thanks for the tips and help guys I froze the trim and the ISO for about 20 hours or so before I did the run. I poured the ISO over and let it soak for 10 seconds, shook like a crazy man for 20 seconds, and out at the 30 second mark.

The resulting solution was allowed to dry for about 18 hours and was more than ready by the time I got to scraping it. I just about had a heart attack when I pressed it. You can see how blonde and beautiful the scraped pile was. Well, I pressed it in my little Space Case press and when I popped it out, I didn't see anything. My heart came up in my throat and I flipped for about 5 seconds before I held it up to the light and could see the beautiful amber puck in between the two rubber plugs. I thought I vaporized it and it had disappeared. It was so dark it blended right in with the plugs.

Getting it separated from the plugs was a bit tricky since it turned to instant shatter upon compression. After almost flinging a couple chunks across the room, I managed to get it all off safe and sound. :dance::dance:

Cheers robwars :smokebuds: I did find immediately that burning it alone on the screen didn't work Bubbled and fell right into the bowl. I've been enjoying it on top of a tiny bit of ground up bud. I don't have the equipment to dab and $$ is about zero at the moment, but I'm definitely putting some pennies away for a sweet setup.

Kindred! Great job bro...did I just see that you have no dabbing gear??? We need to fix this quickly. You think you're medicated now, wait till you get a TI nail! I remember the 1st time I made iso...glow was at work so by the time she got home I was maybe 3 dabs in and almost comotose lol. Glow was so confident she said ill try a dab and then let's smoke a joint. I said yea sure lady, well see...she took her first dab of iso and was asleep 20 minutes later. Out cold! So much for that fatty she so eagerly wanted to smoke
