New Grower right, i germinated 3 normal non auto seeds they came out perfect but the 3 auto's……..

i did the same method for both types of seeds, i first put them in a cup of water for 12 hours and then used the paper towel method, the normal seeds all germinated looking perfectly healthy so i planted them..

few days later i decide to germinate my autoflowers, the exact same method applied, today i check them and they have all cracked but this time the taproot seems to be brown? or a dark green i cant tell my eyesights terrible but honestly they look more brown.. are they dead? what should i do just throw them away? or can i somehow fix this..?
