Good question. Full strenght is what is on the back of the bottles. Mid range of the two values they give. And using their schedule on when to give what. It's awesome to watch your plants explode isn't it!

Just to touch base on the PPM..first off we use the 700 scale. Secondly (and will be fixed stat) in australia and new zealand, they have meters that pick up on some of the dissolved organics. Unless you are using a high end meter (really nice Myron meters), your ppms will read 200-300 lower than what is on our feeding chart and that is OK to be at those ppms. Our feed schedule is a jumping off point (real polite...). If your ladies start yellowing from the bottom to the top (a pale yellowing indicating a shortage or nutrition...not to be confused with nuking your plant)...add 1-2ml/gal or the base nutrient. If a lady is slowed down to almost a point of standstill...she is rounding third base to being in lockout. Ladies all feed differently, and have different appetites, so there is no one set schedule regarding feeding...just remember people...start light...YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD MORE!!!...but flushing and hitting the reset button after blasting them and locking them out is much more stressful.

Basically start at our feed schedule, and if you are the type to really push your ladies....push em..but ramp up slowly, and as soon as you think the girls are stressed, write down that dosing and back off just a bit. Then after a breather...try and push her again.

They are just like people..IN NO WAY AM I ADVOCATING ROIDS...THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE THAT MAKES IT EASY FOR MANY TO UNDERSTAND
.if you have a guy who does steroids for 6 months straight, he will be massive, but his heart will pop lol
If you have a guy cycling steroids properly, and taking time off of them to rest and recover and take the necessary steps to negate as many of the side effects as possible, he won't be as big as the other guy...but he will be huge and his heart is less likely to pop.

DISCLAIMER!!!
More nutes doesn't equal bigger and better, in some cases it can have the opposite effect. Keep your environment in check, and just try minimize the stress the ladies encounter. Learn the specific lady you are running and take her to her genetic potential.

Sorry about the mini rant...just had a convo with someone a little bit ago regarding the same topic.

Happy growing!

Nam and Detroit, thanks for the input and insight.
My first plant ever was looking like she was going no-where and my second was ok but kind of slow. I went right out after reading this and purchased Supercharger for next day delivery and a Rock Box kit (regular shipping). Now it could be I finally tuned up my grow, or the supercharger addition kicked but! I want to think it was both!! At any rate, I fed the two for the first time today, 1ml supercharger and 2ml fusion grow / 1L of filtered tap water. I also used absorbalite on all four plants.
All I have to say is wow. They look great. I take pictures everyday and post them in my journal (in my sig) so you can follow along if you would like. And again my thanks for this!!!

First Fox Farms lady to come down

I must say she turned out beautiful, as long as you don't compare her to her Rock sisters. There isn't any comparison in thc crystals, with out Rock there is a decent covering, but it's not in the same league. So her she is

How the drying going on those other ladies....you get any less shrinkage from water weight or business as usual? Just curious...I think I am gonna be a couple runs with autos and see if I can't come up with a dialed in feed schedule specifically for autos. The water weight info will help with a starting point using Resinator :)

Thanks bro, that means a lot coming from you.

appreciate the respect homey, but you killed that run with minimal input from me. I think the last bit of advice I gave you was the PH suggestion lol. After that you pretty much nailed it. To do that with a new nutrient line (even a super simple one) can be troublesome.

Don't forget that I am the noob on these forums in regards to autos lol.

The only "wisdom" that I can pass along regarding growing.First...and I find it to be true 99.9999% of the time....A person's plants/garden is a direct representation of the growers mental state. If you go in there all pissed off and aggressive or with a negative ass attitude, the ladies will show it for numerous reasons. If you are a slob...your room will be messy and prone to problems and pests. Second...the ladies are just like people (I preach it lol). Don't you feel better and more productive when your surroundings are neat an organized? Do you work at peak level when the conditions are way to hot/cold? When it is super hot outside....how good does a breeze feel?(AIR MOVEMENT!) Lastly..make sure you never turn into the know-it-all gardener that isn't open minded and doesn't take the time to pass on info hes come across.

Sorry for the long post yet again...just explained this to someone about 15 min ago...
