Indoor Ruderalis Indica® by Sensi Seeds.

OK. So it's been just over 24 hours since I last watered them (1 litre each) and they're doing their "feed me" droop. I want to get this right and so I don't have to worry about the feed me droop, should I give them 500-750ml of water every 24 hours to avoid the droop? What would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

My thoughts were that they were root bound, according to posts that I've read anyway. I have transfered them from 5L pots to 12L planters along with a light mix soil and 3 cups of perlite per pot. Hopefully issues should resolve in terms of watering and drooping. Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
