So she dried out the tray yesterday with little effort after shutting off the rez. I then top fed her 1 liter of Recharge to keep that biodiversity at peak efficiency in these final days. She drank that so fast there was only a trickle that made it to the autovalve. Then I added 20 liters to what was left in the reservoir bringing the level to 12”. After pH upping like I have to every time I ended with 6.42pH 1.92 EC 960 ppm. I normally stop anywhere near 6.4 as I have a normal slight pH drift upwards and I’m happy letting it range 6.4-6.7 before doing any adjustments.

Twelve hours later the rez is down 1.5” which isn’t unusual after having to refill the tray. It was checked and autovalve is working as normal and there was no overflow from the liter that was top fed. Yes, this has happened to me when I too quickly turned the rez back on and top fed gravity met rez gravity.

Added to 20 liters rainwater

• 0.50gpl BE 10.0g
• 0.70gpl SC 14.0g
