Grow Mediums Sensi Seeds Super Skunk SCROG (Autopots, AutoCobs, & Mega Crop Oh, MY!)

Here is a quick look outside in the greenhouse. My Mind Can’Trol has decided to take over a 6x4’ area of the greenhouse. Thank goodness the autos are nearly done as they will be in the way very soon.

Looking nice @HemiSync . What's holding (supporting) your scrog screen up now, just the plant? It would have been great to do outdoors here this year given the weather, but too much of a risk.

The one in the greenhouse is not self supporting yet. If you look in the upper corners you will see 2” spring clamps with the netting clamped to the greenhouse framework. I can stretch the netting as tight as I need and easy to readjust. Works well inside also. Just use 1” spring clamps on your grow tent poles. With a metal screen, like the one in my tent, I zip tied it to the clamps. Allows you to easily move up or down or completely detach just by cutting the ties.

Looking great!!

Great looking flowers thus far @HemiSync !!

Looking good all around
Thanks guys, it means a lot you dropping by. I just love watching the daily changes to the screen. The growth cycle of this plant is amazing. I’m only adjusting the tops that are trying to take dominance but I it’s getting too far along now to keep messing with it. Now I need to learn to kick back and watch what happens next :pass:

Day 18/6

First day that I have not tucked or cut anything on this beauty. The lights are still 32 inches from the screen, but the growth above the screen is now within 24 inches of the lights. Still no signs of stress or deficiencies. Heck, I upped her feed by a quarter gram per gallon and still no signs of tip burn. I might add some more MC directly to the reservoir. Not to difficult to measure once you know that approximately every 2 inches of depth in the reservoir is equal to a gallon of water. If I do it will only be another 1/4 gram per gallon bringing it up to 4.5g per gallon.

This weekend I should have my hands on my first 2700k AutoCob and will be adding it to this tent to help with flowering. That will be a total of 275 watts between the five lights. Still less than my two old PlatinumLED P300s that used 360 watts at the wall.

Here are the pictures for today.

Day 19/7

Ok we got a little something in the mail today from @BigSm0 and just could not wait to start using it. So there is now a 5th light in my tent, dead center, amongst the other four. I think you will be able to tell the difference as soon as you see the pictures. I'm not sure how she will respond to the added photons but am keeping a close look on her.

The reservoir was down to 8 inches and I wanted to up the MC by another 0.25g per gallon for a total of 4.5g per gallon, so I added 1g of MC directly to the reservoir mixed it in which lowered my pH by 0.10 which was okay because it had creeped up to 6.7 anyhow. This brought the EC up to 2.20 or 1100ppm from 2.13. Will give this mix a day or two to see the results on the beast in the tent. Seems the more you feed her the more she wants. My last plants couldn't handle anything over 3.5g per gallon.

One other thing, if you ever raise your autopot trays up higher, be sure to compensate with the reservoir by raising it up higher also or you might come home to an empty and dry tray. Didn't cause me any problems but I did not think about it until a day after I raised her up.
