Sorry I have been MIA from here for a few days now. Somethings going on here have demotivated me and a case of the shingles has completely wiped me out on top of it. Shingles were all over my hand and arm making it very difficult to mahhandle five gallon containers around to feed the inside and outside grow. Although, I did manage to get it done and have stayed up on maintenance and some picture taking. I hope to catch this up later tonight if my pain killers don’t knock me out.

Sorry to hear this man!! I'm only aware that its painful as hell, otherwise, not familiar. I did just get part one of a 2 part vaccine for shingles last month at the rec of my doctor. Hope it leaves as quick as it came and you get back to baseline.

Thanks guys! It is painful as all hell and pain killers don’t touch it because it’s neurological pain. The virus moves thru the nerves to get to the skin and that causes a lot of the pain, then the blisters start and then it all goes to shit. You just have to live thru it and hope it never comes back. Luckily there is a new antibiotic out that is supposed to be more effective than the previous one. Been putting a lot of cannabis salve on it which seems to be healing it faster.

I’m beginning to wonder what 9 cubic feet of buds will weigh. 3x3x1 foot high. If my SCROG outdoors does as well as I’m thinking it will I’m anticipating 24-48 cubic feet of buds. The screen is full at 4x6 feet and looks like the buds have the potential for 2 feet of growth above the screen.

I threw a quart size jar into the canopy for a size comparison but it almost disappeared into the foliage.

Day 32/20

Two days ago I added:
5 gl up to 13 inches in the reservoir.
5gpg MC 25g
2gpg CaMag 10g
0.35gpl SC. 6.65g
0.25gpl BE. 4.75g
pH was 5.1 after mixing pH up to 6.54
EC 2.33 or 1165ppm.

This did finally get just the smallest amount of tip burn on the lower leaves and was spreading to the leaves on the buds. So I added 2 liters of pure water which lowered the EC down to 2.15. This should keep it on track until the next fill up.

I’m thinking about using the MedMan method of dropping the base nutes to half and doubling the P/K booster during the last two weeks. I have considered starting to lower the base nutes by a small percentage and upping the P/K booster by an equal percentage until I get the base nutes at half strength.

Give it a try. I’m enjoying both the vinyl coated fencing and the standard garden trellis netting. They both have their up and down sides.
