Let me get this straight, you're complaining because they didn't reply to you IMMEDIATELY?
Have you not thought that they need time to check through their systems for your order, make sure money was received, basically carry out an internal investigation to ensure they haven't cocked up?
And, I'm sorry to say this, but emails can get lost in transit too, even sms messages can fail to get through the maze of electronic flotsam and jetsom in this wonderfully "advanced" world we live in. I've had that happen to me and a
polite reminder does usually result in a prompt reply as it could have been something as simple as a mistyped email address which would bounce back as "email address does not exist". But, in all honesty, if you've fired one off like a ranting loon I would ignore you as they will get a hell of a number of people trying to scam free seeds by placing an order and then claiming they sent cash when they didn't.
But you say that you won't use them again, that's your choice, but I don't think they'll lose sleep over it as they do have far more satisfied customers than dissatisfied ones. Just make sure that next time you send cash you make sure it's registered delivery and then you can say to whoever your choice of supplier is that "I placed an order on <insert date here> and I see the payment was signed for on <insert date here>. Can you explain what's going on, please" will get you a far more satisfying response because you've made sure all your ducks are in a line before firing one off at the company just because they didn't drop everything and concentrate on YOU.
