ok so my autoheavy bud is getting close to harvest time her tics are mostly cloudy and a few clear. my problem is her buds swell more and more and she keeps growing new white hairs. I don't want to lose potency due to letting her go to long. So what do I do????? harvest or don't?????

I would never take a plant that is still throwing out that many fresh pistils.
You are not going to lose anything in potency. If anything you will gain both weight and potency.

I'm still a newb grower (only 3 grows so far) but I know for a fact that you will need to buy a jewelers scope in order to see the color of the trichomes (cloudy/light brown means ready.)
Additionally you can tell that it is not ready by looking at all of the white hairs you have on your buds.... I think its worth waiting another 1-2 weeks you will get:

1.) More yield
2.) Higher potency

i have a hadheld microsope I use to look at my trics I just know from growning photos that letin you plant go pasts harvest window results degrading thc content and idont want that th is is only my second auto.

In order for THC to start degrading you would need to overdo it for atleast 2 weeks, I disagree with you sorry....
Do whatever you want.... its your grow afteral, you're the chef in the kitchen. I personally prefer to eat a stack well done when others like to eat it bloody. What is healthier for us ? Well done of course...
Same with weed: What will make you more high? Weed with white hairs or weed with nice brown hairs and brown trichs?

You have been patient this long wait another week or two it will pay off trust me... Also I would start flushing the plant now to get excess nutrients out of the soil....

already started the flush last watering and wait i shall. i just didn't want loose any potency ive heard of srains with only 3 day harvest windows before your thc percentage is drastically dropped. thank you all very much for the help it is appreciated .
