I vote for keeping rep. I like the personal messages attached. I dont look at rep totals

I think it's a nice thing to rep a member for some good advice, a nice journal, a havest/completion - or even something that made me chuckle. I like to send and recieve a nice rep message.

I've been here quite a while & I'm not so fussed with the who did what and when, and know the systems not perfect - but given the choice of losing it and having it, i'd rather have it and see it as a nice thing.



I will feel sad for losing all my lovely history of rep messages if it goes ... but think that's about it.

LMFAO how shitty is that,I cant even use smileys. didnt know messages were still there. and i usually say great job and so on.

i too am swapping back n forth since I too have been here a bit and initially i LOVED what rep first stood for. THAT is what I want back, i say get rid of it or IF we can find a way to restyle it or something. but yeah poor staff man. I really feel bad sometimes cuz they are soo frigin overworked. regardless of the outcome i'll still be here. LOL!

You know..I Love Rep and what it stands for.
I Bet everyone posting here has had a rep slap as a Thank You from me for doing something Nice for another member..or just wishing you a great weekend.

I Think it is a great way to say Thank You..you made a difference...and Thank You's cost absolutely Nothing..but mean a lot to the Receiver.
A little word to say that Someone noted your kindness.....like a Hug in a Mug.

I Think we should use it More Often..you have a Rep Stash..Use it.....Appreciate people...Spread the Love.

I've had mine knocked down so many times in site change overs I Kinda don't feel Protective of it..and Think it would be Nice to be Zero'd each year and started Fresh..maybe attach a Prize to it every xmas..but we have seen it can be manipulated out..so we'd have to look carefully at it.

But..that being said..I Know losing Rep when it happens is one of the things we get the most complaints about..members that have worked hard for years to get it do get very upset about it..
