I wanted to start this thread for the music of others. I would love to see your Guitars, Drums, Bass, Violin Etc. Do you have pictures of you performing? Maybe bleep out the face pics? How about a video of you playing? Show as much as you want and hide as much as you want. It is just all about the cool easy ride feel you get when your playing.

I will get this ball rolling...

This is ROOT 66's Guitar, It is a 6 string accoustic/electric Dean, it is PURPLE, she loves it, and it fits her. Those are her finger prints you see on it, not mine.

This is my other lesser Lady here, I call her, "my guitar" take a gander at the sexy lady.

Fender 6 string accoustic/electric T-bucket 300 ce

For a cheap bastard that I am, I love this girl. She is sweet and smooth, and gets to the point.

Also, I own a Kazoo

No kazoo while I'm singing!!!

We have a lot of music from old (way old) country to music the kids listen to or anything that catches our ear.
We like to bring our guitars camping...sounds great out in the open under the trees...

Anyone else play? Sing? whatever?

Great thread

Oops, there goes another Rubber tree plant...

I dont think I have a picture anywhere, but my les paul says hi. Shes black, and hopelessly foreign to me. Not because its black, rofl, but cause I cant play yet.

Hey Grado, if you want to play, but can't afford things like lessons and such, go online and learn chords, there are lots of tutorials to show you in video, or written stuff you can follow along on. I only had one book that showed me all the basic chords when I began, I learned those, and there as no stopping me after that. I was playing songs in about four days.

Having the instrument is all you need to get going. and some strings, you will need strings.lol get cheap ones, cost ya less than ten US dollars

I did play saxaphone, and cello in middle school and high school. But it was only tiny bit of help because guitar is a completely different beast.

Later

just my two cents,

Awesome Robo, musta missed your post. As a thirteen year old, One of my first ventures with friends out into the world, we went an snuck into a drive in theater. It was one of the first times they used radio frequency for the sound on the screen. So we brought a little portable radio to watch the movie with. The movie we saw, I will never forget, was "Roadie." I fell in love with the idea of being on the road. When I was 22 I joined the Carnival. I worked in the games part of the midway. I did that for an eight solid years, and learned more about life than any college could have taught me. Travelling seemed to be in my blood. After that I settled down. I sometimes will hear the Bonnie Raitt song "The Road is my Middle Name", and I think back to my days of the carnival. When ever I see backstage pics, I always think about that move "Roadie,"

That was a long round a bout way of saying I Love your Pics Robo. :smokebuds:
