Thanks @slowandeasy , I'm pretty sure SANlight are across the pond. Check the Canadian shops... I agree they are a little pricey but once you see and feel the build and get that first grow under your belt I think you will find they are worth every penny.

It's German engineering kicking dust in the face of the competition on how to build a light solid, just like they do with cars... Can't quit remember the number but they will send out a member of the team if your installing more than 10 I think. They will come and custom fit the daisy chaining for your room.

I'm moving house soon and up grading my G'room, I'm looking forward to mixing the SAnlight with my QB's. I've this funny feeling the tent is just going to explode even more

SanLight are an excellent manufacturer and I love my S4W's.
They are expensive but think of it as an investment and they produce really nice buds too!
Better yet they have passive heatsinks so no fan noise from these lights and they use top bin Osram diode which really kick ass!

The 2 x 4 grow... Zkittles by Black Dog seeds week 9...

Comparison shot, first was taken on the 14th of May, the second was taken yesterday... I'm very impressed with the coverage of just one of these SANlightQ6W, this space is more like 5 x 2.5 not 2 x 4 and it's coping extremely well. Only at the very ends of the width of the space I'm visually seeing the light diminish a little.

A little bit of bud porn...

To be honest not very impressed with Zkittles by BlackSkull seeds. No vigor to the plants, took an age to get to size in veg and just over all meh to grow. Turps are OK but not the best by a long shot. One I would say does smell like a pack of skittles and is quite moreish but I was expecting and an onslaught of fruity turps being the hype strain that this is and it's not delivered. To be honest bit of a let down... now I can't comment on the smoke, they could still pull a few point's back in the end.

it's a bit of mixed bag, 2 smell pretty good, one just like a pack of skittles the other more of a pineapple (both of them look similar). The other 2 lean towards a piney garlic smell... I knew zkittle's wasn't the biggest yeilder but I can't help feeling a little short changed with these pheno's... could just be me complaining Stoney, after having that great run on the last round and seeing a big difference from the lights... maybe I'm just expecting to much from these seeds

I've avoided the brand strain market as much as I can due to that over pricing then it not be as good as the hype gives. Heard, read and seen many grow not living up to it's hype. Can't remember who, but a member of staff bought a pack of Wedding Cake (BX2) for silly money. Needless to say the report said it didn't live up to it's price tag by a long shot... the main reason I went with Black skull was to pay cheap for hype strains. Got there Bruce Banner and GSC for a future grow.

I don't mind paying the high price for well breed stuff like Ocean Grown and Lady Sativa just name a couple... but if it come's with major branding and a clothing line... run away
