This is amazing. I have no clue about decarbing etc as I'm new to this world. Used to be a huge stoner. Right now I'm going thru my second bout of cervical cancer which started during my third pregnancy. I was lucky the birth of my son was a success. So with that an thyroid problems enlarged thyroid which I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow find out what's going on there and I have a lump in my lyphnode in my neck which can be lymphoma.
