Mephisto Genetics Sour Hound in TLO

Those are some beautiful looking leaves Duggy! I think at one point we spoke about using a refractometer? Any chance you have taken any samples yet? I would really love to know what you are getting when those plants get big enough to take a sample. They look really dense and super waxy!

I will be testing my Druins very soon so we will have something to compare. "AFN smoke out"

Looking good! Planning to run some Mephisto seeds in a TLO soil at one point, so I'm eager to see how this turns out.

A4 my friend... I have been busy procrastinating but will check it out later... the elder hound is a dense little bundle despite keeping the hps @ >24".. will also get some pics later..
Cheers TT.. you wont be disappointed with Mephisto mate..and the TLO just seems to enhance the quality...:Sharing One:

A few quick picks Day 28 for Sour Hound with smaller Hound on Day 18 and SBC Day 14.. Testing shows soil pH a little elevated so will keep an eye on it..
A4 mate.. took a leaf from mid plant, rolled up and placed in garlic press and took the little juice sample. Calibrated refractometer with distilled water before testing.
Result was 15-16.. around mid scale. Not sure what sort of reading I should expect but certainly will look to increase numbers as the grow progresses...:Sharing One:

No kidding, man I knew they looked real high, 10-12 is good readings. Anything over 12 is great! Nice work Duggy. I bet if you were to foliar feed you would be pushing high teens into the 20s.

Will take a reading from the younger Hound for comparison.. seems like I'm headed in the right direction..."AFN smoke out"

Little late to the party but I am here now :pighug: Been wanting a refractometer myself for the veggie garden this year. Any recommendations on units? Looking real good my brother :d5: Much love :Sharing One:

Never gave the foliar feeding much thought as I often run 24/0 lights which wouldnt be ideal...

I am running 20\4 as well, under 1000w and haven't had any problems. I normally spray right after the lights come on. Just sprayed my druins last night, was the first time for me to do it with autos, and they responded excellent. I could see a difference in about 30 minutes. The leaves perked up and looked the best I have seen them yet. Using a calcium, phosphorous, kelp, alfalfa and dextrose blended liquid. Sounds crazy but from what I have read it should work. "Should" being the operative word, lol, I am still testing foliars.

I will get some pictures up tonight when I get home. Have a good evening bro!
