New Grower Strain question

My buddy gave me some seeds that he got from a local guy that tinkers with and breeds autoflowers. The label on the baggie says Lorax the third. I cant seem to find anything on it. Probably just his own cross but would appreciate info if anyone has heard of it. I am growing some out to see what happens with it. So far the germination rate is not good. About 40 percent so far using the soak and paper towel method.
