measuring RF in the load can tell them a little about what types of load are present. However, the necessary filtering, etc to decipher WHJAT those RF loads are is really beyond the scope of smart meters. Yes it could allow them to guess though. A simple expedient would be to place RF chokes on all the power cords of your lights. They woll reduce the amount of RF feedback and well, growlights don't come with chokes..........
