Sweet Seeds Presentation at Autoflower Network Forums

hey there im starting up my first autogrow and i have ? Im a photo. guy and trying the autos out. I have selected sweet seeds to be my only source of viable genes. starting with the red poison. i believe in sticking with one gene untill perfected. that said i have been reading that ffof soil is what i should use but i here mix with this or mix with that. would love to get to pick your brain for the best results. i have been a barneys farm guy for a very long time. but sweet seeds has changed my perspective on auto. If my harvestis 2 to 3 oz dried i will stay with sweet seeds.

Hi losman!

Welcome to the Sweet Seeds subforum and to AutoFlowerNetwork

First of all I should say that I have no idea about what "ffof soil" is. Sorry. But about the soil mix you are going to use my advice is use the same soil mix you used in the past if you had good results. Autos are not that different from photo strains and it's better to use a formula with which the grower have had good results in the past then trying to find a new soil.

About the strain to start my opinion is that Red Poison is a great strains, very beautiful and produces well but maybe there are other strains that could be more adequate to first time auto growers. If I were you I'd go with 2 strains to start and so Red Poison could be one of them. If you really only want 1 strain to start have a second thought and look also at the chance of growing Cream Mandarine, Cream Caramel Auto, Black Jack Auto or Green Poison Auto.

Hope you enjoy our strains and get good results from them :D:

See you around, sweet smokes!

Tommy was that you who had the stellar cream caramel and blackjack grow that ended up real purple? I think it was on I mag.com if I'm not mistaking. it was ridiculous beautiful! If anyone knows which grow I'm talking about you understand! Best cream caramel and blackjack grow I have seen!
I'll try to find it so if anyone is curious to what I'm saying you can check it out!

Oh and ffof soil is Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. I use the and happy frog mixed together!
2 parts happy frog and 1 part ocean forest. My autos loved it!

Sorry for it being side ways
Now that I'm a little more exp I'm gonna do another run with some. I had bought 3 red poisons and none of them germed for some reason. I'm gonna try them again too!
Thanks man and it's been cool talking to ya because I followed that grow in 2011 and wasn't even a member of the forum! Haha
If it wasn't for you I might not be growing meds today! :grat:

Much respect to Sweet seeds. I have just completed my first full auto run and I am very impressed with the results. The dark devil has exceeded my expectations in all aspects, from germination to inhalation.

Now I am looking for a heavy yielding auto and I want to stick with Sweet seeds, any suggestions? I already have Red poison on my list.

Hello my friend!

My advice is Green Poison Auto, Big Devil #2 or Big Devil XL. I think that if you choose any of those 3 strains you'll get a good production ;)

All the best, sweet smokes!

Hi all, I am a newbie and have just ordered my set up. While I wait im looking at seeds my problem is I will only have a short window for my first grow, looking at Fast Bud 2. Is it really a 5 week seed to flower? I know my window is 7 weeks, this time, so thinking that these will do the trick. I would appreciate any grow diaries in dwc/led with this strain.

Thanks.
Aty
