Sometimes soil mixes can be quite 'hot' meaning theres to much fertiliser in the soil for seedlings,if you notice the tips yellowing it could be a sign it's hot,try to look for a light mix soil next time bro. On my first grow I used Plagron Bat mix which is super hot BUT I still ended up with some nice plants and beautiful tasting weed.

Ah i see! I know about nut burn but i thought with using your schedule of 10 first days just water , there wont be a problem if the soil is ''hot''. Luckily i dont have any nut burn yet , but i had a light burn with the damn HPS! Good to hear that i can use a lighter mix since its way easier to find! Someday i will try my homemade soil 100% organic (10 years preparation before use), but i wanted to go the ''known way'' the first time!

Hey. Want to wish u the best of grows. I'm looking after leds instead of hps so I will fallow along with interest. I see u have Tang here, im sure he will give u a hand or advice when needed. Think different is very nice to smoke, so u made a good choice there.

If your soil is hot do not feed for a while lets say day 20 or you will run into some problems. Growing with leds you need to keep the temps at 30 degrees celcius and have no vermiculite in your mix it retains water and you do not want that you want them eating and drinking every 24 hrs give or take a few hours. You are going to grow some nice size plants bro. Next time stick with a soilless medium like sunshine mix#4. At day ten with that mix you can start and feed them. What is your medium comprised of?

30c is the max you want to be at bro between 26-28c work best for LEDs with the RH between 35-45% the entire grow....good call on not feeding from day 10.

I have a 600w mh , shes all warmed up now i'm hovering in between 25c-27c, gonna get a humidifier tomorrow, i hope you can solve your heat issue man , that LED can run pretty cool, i would also imagine it being a good asset in the summer though ! and Tang is right on 'HOT' Soil , i use the sunshine mix #4 no fertz, i add only B1 Vitamins/Horse manure and RO water.. man they love that shit .

Here is a description i found at net, since i dont have the bag of the soil anymore:
Guanokalong Guano complete soil 45L.
100% Organic Bat Guano soil from Guanokalong, enriched with the finest grade bat guano. This soil will bring out fantastic natural taste and flavour from your crop, also increased resistance against diseases and fungi. Fortified with trace elements and balanced NPK for abundant growth, a complete soil that can be watered without the need for additional nutrients. Use additional nutrients in lower quantities. As i understand its a hot soil! I havent gave much attention on the light - hot soil! Well even if i leave in a EU country , most sellers dont ship here so many things i need to find them from local sellers! Its available also the biobizz light mix and i should have took that one , i thought the way ''get the best for you ladies'' but ... anyway next time i ll go for lighter mix for sure!

35-45% from day one even? i thought i should keep hum on 70-80% that stage! oh i ll increase ventilation asap!
About ''cleaning'' the soil, meaning making it less nut heavy... , do you think i should continue with tap water or maybe some RO will help? or the PH will give me this answer? brb with photos and numbers!

yeah i think the same , on summer this light will rock! Well we have cold weather 3 months and hot weather 6 months the rest months are transitional period, so thats why i choosed led! Its easier to heat up a box than cooling it! The room the box is , in worst heat wave it will reach 32C but just for some hours and for 2-3 days!

Guanokalong Guano complete soil only has a soil ec of 1.2 roughly the same as house and garden batmix and plant magic soil supreme
bio bizz light muix has a ec of 1.2 also
plagron light mix which most use here has a ec stated as 1.0-1.2 so theres not much different between any of the above light mixes at all
alot of people see batmix or bat guano included and think its really hot kinda like plagron batmix which has a ec of 2.2

Nice to hear that the soil is light finally!

I solved heating issue , temporary until the tube arrive, and i m waiting to see how the girls will react! T range now is 23 - 26C and hum 40 - 70 % ! I need to fix both a little bit but atleast the box is hot now!

The girls seems they like the warmer enviroment but still they look like a little weak to me! Maybe the stress of the previous cold days... I m waiting the soil to totally dry out and i m thinking to start RO water and SG nuts so to help them get stronger! What do you think about this?
