Extraction Terpene solutions for vape?

Terpenes are what give bud its smell and taste. Most of the terpenes I've seen for sale are names of strains like girl scout cookies and stuff like that. You put it in to taste like that strain. So not sure when the say no flavor, that's the point of them. What is the link or company name?

What are you trying to do exactly? Wax is for rosin, you mix equal parts of Wax and rosin then put in vape your done. Terpenes is for flavor/smell only as far as 1s I've seen. You will need a pg/vg as well with that. Most common is a 50/50 mix but you can experiment were you live will effect what ratio you may want to use. Like if you live in Antarctica you want it a little thinner, if by equator you want a little thicker lol. If you plan to make own ejuice on a regular basis I would recommend getting a magic butter machine or similar product. I would use the pg/vg because it should be cheaper when using more. I use a product called licks. I seems to be the same as Wax but cheaper. With licks you're supposed to be able to put decarbed bud in mix and extract straight from bud as well but haven tried yet wait on some extra tanks for pen. I dont use it often so I just use rosin with it because that will be the strongest way to make it. It comes in flavors but also unflavored too. I'm in US and pick up a 50ml bottle for little under $12. That will make 100ml totale juice if you use rosin. May be able to find over there little cheaper than Wax. They work well if you can get. Let me know if you have more questions, not expert but know a little. 1st have to let you know vg doesnt extract well. For instance coconut oil is around like 80% absorption rate and vg is like 30% just for reference. Those are the numbers I've have seen. I believe you can make ejuice from tincture which would be much stronger but dont know the process sorry.

Thanks for your input! We will crack this vape juice thing as there's only info dotted around on here not much in a way of tutorials or anything. Would be cool if we could pool all our knowledge and get a few tutorials for different starting and end products using different mixers!

I was thinking of extracting using VG as I saw a video on it where you cook it in a baine marie for a couple of hours, I posted it up on @midINs thread. The reason for VG is because I vape using a subohm tank, and you would normally aim for 70% VG to PG as it is a lot harder hitting than the little pens. It's just because I used to vape and have all the mods sitting around.

I am interested in the liquidiser route, either terpenes or was or the one you mention. Do you decarb, mix then put in cartridge? Do you need to decarb for vapes? Also do you need to dewax rosin for this method?

You are correct the terpenes normally have the flavour ie girl course cookies etc.

But this website has flavourless terpenes as their diluter. In the FAQ is states that not every terpene has a flavour so they use these flavourless ones to keep your concentrates flavour unaltered. And if you wish add flavoured terpenes into the mix at your liking.

Ya, I saw that but was unsure of what their product is use for. I saw something about it will make more money for someone selling, but not sure what the final product is lol. Licks is what I have i get it off ebay.

The guy that made it is on YouTube has some videos on how to use. Very easy, I have some rosin from Ripley's OG in now has been sitting for a while and did separate after some time. Trying to mix it but need it to warm a little bit. It mixes better when heated I put on candle warmer. My basement is cold from summer so kinda hard to get mixed in the pen lol, but I'll figure it out.

It ain't cheap, a 25ml bottle will run a buck and a quarter, but it's the real deal.

I'm sure it's good, but ain't no way in hell I would pay that! I dont use often I can get a 50ml of licks for under $15. I'm sure it much better but price is way off for me. If I only used a vap pen maybe. I still question whether or not these products are safe to inhale. In 20yrs it may have been a bad choice. I use mine to liquefy dabs so dont have to take rig outside so not a big part of my smoking routine. Nice info someone may prefer the higher end stuff for frequent use.

@Arthur how long that last you? That would make about 10-12 tanks for me thats around 10-12 a piece which isnt as bad as 1st sounded but still licks is around $.60 a tank.
