She had her first 6 hour rest last night, seems to have loved it, nice little jump in growth! Her sister is treating me nice as you can imagine, goes without saying the taste comes on better after a decent cure and you get hints of SD mixed with sweet undertones, lovely jubbly. Running very low now though so this new girl can't come around fast enough
Providing this set up doesn't cause me too many issues I think this could be the proper showcase of her potential, even under such a small amount of light, I'll try to make it a good show brother.

Couple pics from this morning, gonna hold off taking any pics of roots til they're more abundant but they are poking out in a few places around the net pot now, hopefully getting nice and strong before hitting the turbulent water I think this strain would accept 1.0EC to start with, or at least 0.9 so I'll remember that for next time around. This girl has had 0.8EC from the start

Morning all, few more pics as always including the first root shot I promised yesterday 
I do have some disappointing news though I'm afraid - I will no longer be using the DIY 40L Res, instead I'll be switching back to the 20L bucket. It really is a shame but it's becoming more and more apparent to me that running the res as it is will only cause me more hassle, mainly staying on top of the res temps. I can't afford to be running a chiller right now and I'm having trouble keeping the water below 23/24 without constant ice packs being added every couple hours to bring it down to 18-19. With summer about to kick in here I know it's only going to get warmer.
I'm really sorry if this has disappointed anyone because it has me, but my plans are to run this res through the colder seasons and upgrade it with some insulation and a few tweeks so I'll have to keep you posted on that in the near future.
I'm happy using the 20L bucket mainly because I know I can keep her temps within range without too much trouble having done it before, I'm sure she will still turn out to be a lovely plant so don't give up on us yet!

Sorry guys I know the pics are a bit boring until she get's bigger She seems okay with the switch to the the bucket, all those roots are submerged now so just waiting for it all to kick off. Will probably up the ec in a day or two, she's fairly content at 0.8 (1.2 total) but I know she's gonna be demanding more soon.

Hey guys, I snapped a few pics today. She seems to be doing fine, undergrowth starting to develop, roots continue to grow so no issues...yet. She is on 0.9 EC (1.3 total) PH 5.7.
My only concern is that she has been sat in the same res since the beginning as I started with the bigger res (longer time between changes) and I just used that water to fill the bucket. I'll figure out her timeline later and choose a day to switch over to Aqua Vega from Canna Start, she's probably close but I can't do anything until I get more Rhizotonic, waiting on a delivery.
Anyways, enjoy the pics!
