I never bother measuring run off pH, as long as I get good run off it will automatically renew/refresh itself. So I pH to 5.8 or above, usual 5.8 to 6.2. I don't use pH up after nutes, if needed I put it in first, then pH the whole solution back down. Putting in alkaline minerals, like pH up, into an already acidic solution will cause minerals to settle out.I'm putting water in PHd about 5.7/5.8 typically and just tested some of the run off and getting like 4.6. Shall I next feed it at 6.5? I'm in coco.

The reason I don't go below 5.8 is the pH scale is logarithmic and each drop below 5.8 gets way harder to uptake calcium. Growing with LEDs I need all the calcium I can uptake.
Not sure why you can't keep your fan oscillating on your plants. I start blasting mine as seedlings and keep it all the way through. Long as my humidity is above 45-50, I'd rather get a little over transpiration than plants that are too weak to stand and get mold and mildew.
You do have some N tox, wasn't this a canna a+b grow? Should be pretty easy to find a good feed level. Are you using an EC or TDS meter? Most guys switch from measuring spoons to oral and irrigation syringes pretty quick. Much more accurate.
PS: I don't see any signs of over transpiration on those photos.
Reducing feed strength and getting good run off should sort things for you.
