Talking about letting them do what comes natural.....I'm a great believer.. Except when it comes to pollenation.

Naturally I'd say a male has a 10-12 day pollen Window.

If you let them do that you really screw up your seed collection..your available seed will have a 10-12 day difference in maturity...that is no good what so ever....

Make a pollenation Rule...no more than 24-48 hour exposure to males.

That way All of your seed harvest will be ripe in a 24-48 hour window..

Simple things make a big difference...

He's pinking....got a decent Dragon leaf on... and I Think I can see the leaves starting to darken..... ..

Not if you over dry and crush them @VitaMan ... ... just load the jar and gently crush...saves all the buggering about....snip..snip..snip...

'Zactly...I don't grow massive girls..but I put them in whole and just compressed them down in the jar...
I'll photo it later........

I've stuck a black/white filter on this shot to try to bring it up to my Eye on the Pink....

The taller one is the DC pink...the one on the left is a purple.

To eye the tall one is Barbie Pink..very distinct...and it is on the tips of the petal...not full coverage....

He's probably going to fully colour up...and the pink might get swallowed by the creeping purple...but...we Know it is there.......

I was humming and haaing over watching the males out...but as this time of year...... it's always touch and go anyway...and it is just an opportunist cross...and I have plenty left to throw the dice again.

I've got a great selection of different males there...all colour... variety of leaves..if I get it.. I'll be happy.......

All hollows...I couldn't really say why...but I prefer hollows...... some people say it is a winter conditions thing..but I get hollows year round..

I think more an indica kinda thing.......

The pot is looking gappy....but a bit of warm weather and they'll fill the extra space.......
