Regarding the nutes, I think it totally depends on what type of nutrients they are, and how long they were exposed to these temperatures. Were the bottles closed though? Otherwise it might be best to check the nutrient company and see what they have to say, or just use them and see how they do. When it still looks good and doesn't smell bad I would personally definitely give them a go and find out myself.

As long as they look and smell good they should be fine, i think high heat does more damage to nutrients. If they look or smell drastically different than you remember it might be worth restocking.

thanks for the comments guys i think most of them are fine still smell good the only one thats a bit off looking is the pk looks like its separated lots of white bits in the solution so il probably change that one and try the rest

Sounds like something fell out of solution to me, which means whatever separated wont be available to the plant as easily.

If anything, the cold will preserve the nutrient products, whether liquid or powder.

Synthetic nutes I gather? Looks like you have your answers already, and I concur... In fact my DynaGrow products for other plants tend to drop precipitates if exposed to cold T's, like 40F... The solutions are very concentrated, so as a general rule in chemistry, the colder the solution, the less it can hold in a dissolved state... I get fine crystals that ppt out on me, not sure what they are exactly but in the past I filtered them out and re-dissolved in a bit of hot water, then added them back to the bottle...
