He is looking for kit (tent, light, soil, vent, nutrition...) we are looking on hydroponics.eu but they have realy bad reputation...

So give us some suggestion cause he want to buy everything on one shop....

I must have missed the part where delivery was not an option... What is this friend's budget like? Seems like he just needs to watch some YouTube and get real handy and start crafting items himself.

I use ebay for everything.narrow search to your country only/shops not private listings.and free P and P.
Seems to work for me
