Please go out and exercise your right to vote! This years vote is as important as ever. Many groundbreaking issues are on the ballots in many states...medical mj, legalisation, gay marriage to name a few.

I always vote because I feel if you don't vote, you can't complain...and I love to complain!

Even BO back tracked on his MMJ stance after he got elected, and has done nothing to further it since. After calling off the DEA dogs, he turned them loose again in CA, with the help of the IRS. I know MMJ is dear to all our hearts but there is so much more at stake this election that will effect our quality of life going forward.

Here's hoping the ballot measures in Colorado, Washington and Oregon pass. We've all seen the domino effect MMJ has had, with state after state making it legal. If full legalization passes in these states it could start another trend.

That's the big unknown. DOJ has said they will continue to enforce federal law. But even combined DOJ, DEA, et al. can't arrest everyone, especially without the cooperation of local LEO. Who would have thought that after the Civil War, marijuana would be the next big state's rights issue.

This reminds me of that South Park episode where the kids are voting for their school mascot. The choice is between a Giant Douche and a Turd Sandwich. Considering the fact that Obama already had MM facilities raided and Romney would likely want to be seen as being "tough on drugs", regarding the MM issue neither choice is that great.

I think most people view Obama as the safer MM option. I think this is because an unknown threat is almost always more frightening than a known threat.
