I know this is a little older but Idk if I would say they are under watered usually everything starts to droop on an underwatered plant including main stems. I think its a case of slightly over watered in my opinion. I say this cuz I water too often sometimes and thats when just the leaves and the stems of the leaves droop. When I forget to water everything including branches begin to droop
