Hey Guys noob here. I've a few northern lights autos in day 6. Lights are LED 300 watts (180watt actual power drawn).
My leaf veins r going yellow. Leafs are pointing down instead horizontal. All books I read on troubleshooting they talk about n show pics of actual leaf yellowing and not the veins. Kinda scratching my head and afraid I might kill them with my noob knowledge. Help greatly appreciated. I've the pic. image.jpgimage.jpg

I'm thinking maybe my light was too close ?? Around 1.5 ft.
I germinated in this small pot but just before typing moved em into 4 gallon smart pots.
Soil I used to germinate was a noob mistake at .08 .12 .08.
Now they're in neutral soil. Any other info u need to diagnose plz ask. Thank you in advance for ur help guys.

Just chill.. Hard to say I know.. Put a single 6500k 23watts above each plant 5 inches away and call it good... Your LED is meant for more mature plants.. IT'S A WEED!! IT wants to grow!

I'm preatty sure that being a foot and a half away, that the led's is't the problem, it looks like a ph issue.......handing out false info is a no good?

I've grown plenty of plants from seed with an LED just fine. They are for all stages of growth. Just chilling out is not going to help this guy, personally I'd call them toast and start over.

They look over fed, possibly a little light bleached from the led being too close and they were started in too small of a pot. Transplanting them that young stunted them more for sure. Next time it would help you to start them in the pot you're going to finish them in, or in a 18-32 oz container and transplant when they sex. That's all I can think of from the info and pictures.

Other than that I'd say make sure to take photos under normal light and not the LED if you want an accurate diagnosis.

Good luck and stay safe:peace::smokebuds:

wow. thanks for responses guys. i guess i'll answer them one by one.

thank you mr. piggy for warm welcome. I think germinating in wrong soil didnt help much. i've moved the light to a 2.5 foot distance. over fed maybe. I was using spray bottle since they sprouted until today, twice a day and just wetted the top soil twice a day. Now they're in 4 gallons and i normally watered them today. Toast or not, I'm not giving up on em just yet.

JM - Hey man. Yes the nutrient can be a factor since my soil was more phosphorous than nitrogen. Most threads/pics i;ve seen on yellowing leafs suggest its nitrogen deficiency. But those pics show leaf yellowing and not the veins. for me the problem starts at vein n spreads out. i do have a high Nitrogen solution but just moved these baby girls to a new container so don't wanna stress them much with first strong feed and new soil the same day. Next watering maybe ?? what do you think.

hey go auto - thanks for stopping by. please see my reply to JM as he suggests the same concern as you.
