Okay so I want to add a led to my small tent and I'll have around 70 to 80 dollars and I was looking at the old style Mars 300 or the viparspec reflector ? Any input thanks

Buy the mars then but some Citizen 1212's cobs and swap out the leds.

I would go with the old school Mars 300 3 watt light a great little work horse that will last. They are around 130 watts I think you cannot beat it for the price get two angle them and grow a monster plant.
I do like that idea I think I'll go that route so later I can swap for the cobs. Thanks man totally wasn't thinking like that.
2nd on the Viparspectra reflector series. the 300 will run 89.00 to your door and have a 3 year warranty! You could convert it later. Great panel comparable to Mars or any other older tech led's.

You will have no need to convert for quite a while Either light will grow huge plant I know I have done it with a similar light many times
It is a great light for the price I have grown some nice plants with that light
I have 2 Mars 300 (the older model) and I have grown 2 Fast Buds 1 Cyrstal Meth and 1 Pineapple Express.The plants came out pretty nice they seemed to like it a little more than the HPS bulbs. Right now I have 2 Pretty nice Brooklyn Sunrises (one having grown about 9in from the HPS lights) under them to see how they finish out they have about 4 weeks to go. I like the fact I can go as high as I need to and the coverage is good.
