There are a couple roots coming out of the Rapid rooter cube. When does it need to be moved to the DWC bucket and be turned on? Water level is set 1/2 below net pot and bubbles pop onto the clay pellets.

Also, is the RR cube supposed to stay wet? I’m scared it’ll dampen off it it does. Thanks

Nothing really matters too much.
I've planted seeds directly in top feed + air stone dwc, and I've moved RapidRooters into the setup after varying amounts of time.
Seedlings can be injured by too high ppm, so start less than 200 ppm (500 scale), and then increase about 20% per day when seedlings stabilize.

Water level matters little either. I've had the level below the netpot bottoms, and also above it.

The biggest problems I've had are feeding too much too soon, and feeding too little for too long.
