Indoor When to move seedlings under HPS?

You can start using HPS once it has 3rd level leaves. Use dimmer to dim it as 400w will be too much for such a small plant. If you don`t have dimmer, raise it high enough that you don`t feel heat from bulb after holding your hand on top of canopy for 30 sec.
