Why you should store your beans in a metal container

I am old, and now a wee bit distracted.

I got out my beans and put some of them into germ. Setting the bag to the side and forgetting it. Days later I thought of them and there was the bag with a chewed hole and the shells of all my multi crossed reggie autos, years of crossing.
A mouse got me !
I have no back up beans. I did kick myself. I begin again.

"You will be in fine fettle when you store it in metal"

Also I would advise against aging, refuse to do it !

Yep that's a bummer. I used to catch mice with peanut butter and bacon on trap tongue.
