New Grower 1st grow Vertigo DWC slime help

Ok the Aquashield got here yesterday so I changed my water again and added my usual nutes and 7ml of aquashield. Today the slime build-up on the roots is thicker and the PH wont stay below a 7! Any suggestions before I change my water again?

Ok finally here are some pics you can see the wilting and I put a 5ML dropper in the pic to compare height then the slimy roots are kinda browning!
