Finally have two strong viable seedlings taking up the last spots in the tent, have lost 3 seeds in the process of getting four plants - one didn’t germ, one was killed by pests and one was ripped out by my 18 month old helper. The DP White Widow is now on day 13 and the freebie Amnesia or AK is on day 6.

The WW has some browning on the edges of her leaves - not sure if this is because the premix soil was too hot or if it is water damage from having the humidity dome on for too long...any advice? New growth on her is unblemished so I think the problem is now sorted but would like to not make the same mistake in future. The Amnesia is quite tall, I think stretching for the light, or possibly the sativa genetics, the other 3 plants are all indica dominant.

With the plants now on days 6, 13, 30 and 52 I think I have stumbled into an accidental perpetual grow - quite happy with that because I could never fit 4 full size plants in my tent at once.

Lime Skunk showing pistils among the new growth today. Did last bit of LST with her this morning. Shifted the plants around in the tent to make the most of the space today as well. Also good to report that the lady bug that I put in the tent for pest control is still alive and hasn’t escaped, hopefully she’s hungry and eats the gnats which are living in the White Widow pot. All plants looking healthy, feeding again tomorrow.

also the organic food stuffs intrigues me alot
cant wait to see how the ladies turn out, but with perpetual grow you'll have to keep a journal going forever!!

First update in a while, hopefully no more server issues.

Critical is on day 68 today, probably still 3 weeks until harvest. I did some defoliation and took off the smallest popcorn nugs yesterday, probably should’ve done it sooner, but plant looked great 24 hours later. It’s really packing on the trichomes and buds are starting to fatten up. Over 20 prime bud sites developing. Plant is very small though, only 40cm, it’s wider than it is tall.

Lime skunk on day 47 has been in pre flower for a couple of weeks now, the plant has vegged very nicely, now hoping it starts to form proper buds soon.

White Widow is starting to flower already, it’s on day 30, so a bit earlier into flower than the other two. I haven’t done any LST to this plant, going to let her go au naturel.

AK is on day 23 and starting to grow a lot more quickly. Quite fat leaves for a sativa dominant plant. Looking healthy.

The two Tangerine Dream photos are doing well in their tiny pots, transplanted one into a slightly bigger 2 liter pot. Will transplant them into bigger containers continuously as space becomes available in the tent. Hopefully the Critical finishes up soon.

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can assist. My Auto Lime Skunk is on day 51 and still hasn’t formed any flowers. Lighting is 20/4 on a timer so hasn’t had light stress, any ideas as to why it won’t flower?

Critical is almost ready for flushing, should be harvesting in about two weeks.

Most likely the Ruderalis (auto) genetics are recessive in that plant. Every seed is different you do not always get the traits you hope for. Two or three options to go with here. change your light cycle to 12/12 to give the photoperiod dominant plant the light cycle she needs to flower. This will be tolerated by your other autos but will slow them down a bit. Move the plant to a different site I am guessing it cannot go outdoors based on the temps you were talking about so another (tent) with 12/12 light. Kill the plant and move on. I would do the first. I didn't even see a tiny pistil till about day 55 on my grow, and it was on the branch where another branch forms on main trunk, I thought it was a nutsack at first
Guessing shit takes different times to flower, I'd wait and watch cause she looks good, little much nitro though

Thanks for the advice. Would I need to keep her on 12/12 lighting until harvest or just until she starts flowering?
