Debating with myself whether to purchase a 23L or 45L air-pot for a auto grow.

Wanting to grow a DP Blueberry auto outdoors (balcony grow) that'll get 13+ hours of direct-sunlight for at least the next 60 or so days. Then after about 10 hours direct sunlight.

I know a bigger room system equals more bud, but if a plant invests too much energy into constructing its root system, it wont produce enough vegetative growth and flowering-growth - this is my main argument for not getting the 45L and getting the 23L.

What are your guys & girls thoughts? :GoooAuto:

High!

I have the impression that it would delay the veg time only and then as usual....
Would take longer but for better results,
I thin

Peace!

I wouldn't go with either for a regular auto mate, both to big imo. Iv grow a 1.2 metre plant outside in a 3L airpot,it's not advised at all lol it was my noob mistake and the rootball was crazy, just solid but never root bound because of the way airpots work.i had to feed every day day, sometimes twice though it was a real pain. Stitch recommends 25L but only for his super autos which can get big,I don't think auto BB is renowned for getting huge and I'd say a 16L would be sufficient.its not out in the sticks unattended and if its a balcony grow you can feed regular just like indoor growing.but if its a choice of the two you list I'd say the 23L

Yeah thanks man. I'll go with the 23L, 45L is massive and i think way too big for a auto to the point where it would reduce vegetative growth.

Holy shiiiieet! 1.2m plant in a a 3L airpot. Now imagine what a 23L will do, hahahaha.

DP BB auto gets pretty big according to DP. Half a meter to 1M with heaps of bud-colas (non LST'ed) with LST you'd be looking at 10-15 bud-colas - if not more!

Cheers for the replies everyone. Will be going with the 23L!

Yeah or smaller. This time of year 12 hours of light? Sweet. Always wanted to come down there.
