A simple breeding question

I have some Permanent Marker female pollen and want to make a Autoflower cross. I have the following autoflower strains.

Froot by the Foot Auto
Northern lights Auto
Orange creamsicle Auto
Zkittlez Auto
Hindu kush Auto
Purple kush Auto
Pakistani chitral kush Auto.

Witch one would you pick to cross?

Is permanent marker a photo or auto? Purple kush that my buddies dad grew back in the day like 2005 or so was the best weed I ever smoked so. Thats my vote yes I know its not the same but that strain has a special place cause of that.

Yes all strains are autoflowers even the pollen. I would like a uplifting pain medicine. The purple kush I have is from holi moli

Any of the 3 Kush would be my choice....left to go over heavy amber.

Anything Afghan or Kush does me for nerve damage meds...

Autoflower Cross? Do you want the end result to be autoflower?
If you do you need the autoflower pollen to use on your photo. Then grow out seed from that batch and pollinate the ones that show autoflower traits again with auto pollen.
Do this several times to get a full autoflower consistently.
It takes several generations to make a true.

I was talking about breading a female pollen from permanent marker to some other autoflower strain. It should be autoflower by using autoflower pollen on a autoflower strain. But I'm thing the purple kush would probably be nice with permanent marker.

So Permanent Marker is an autoflower? If so then using it on another auto should result in an auto strain.
I thought you had a photo and were trying to convert to auto

Yes, I was wondering about with one to choose, because I had never had any permanent marker. I have now tried some and the effects are similar to the purple kush I have tried.

Auto seeds is coming out with one soon. I put it down as one of the strains I wanna try for there grow and show.
