Hi, Peeps
I want to give props to Medicann Seed Company for some outstanding customer service! Note- no affiliation to them, just want to grow their seeds.
I ordered a 3 pack of their Trainwreck strain, via the 'Tude, at the end of October. 2 weeks ago, I germed the 3 seeds- two popped a tap root, but didn't grow another mm, and one seed has not popped at all.
This morning, I emailed Medicann directly, just to inform them of what happened- and wasn't looking for replacement seeds- hell, shite happens..
15 minutes later, they emailed back asking for shipment info so they can send me replacements. I offered to email the invoice, they took me at my word. THAT is customer service that deserves noting, methinks! :tiphat:
