Rancid oils cause inflammation most oils have oxidized by the time you get them like how juice squeezed it has to be drank same with oil. Your body can't utilize there cooked oils (trans fats) they just cause havoc stay away from fried food no vegetable oils no thin oil use grass fed butter or coconut oil to cook they stay fresher longer because they are solid at room temperature. Short story make your own food raw or cooked for health. No salt. If your eating a whole food it has sodium.
I used to eat alot of rice, chicpeas black beans, hummus corn chips etc. Being vegan it was harder especially getting processed food. I don't use canola, soy, cottonseed, hydrogenated oil. If I did do dairy I'd go to a local farm and get it raw. Oils that are rancid vegetable oils go rancid easy they are thin. can make your own salads dressing with cashews you just soak overnight. Blend with lemon juice water garlic seasoning you can probably make any dressing and it's a whole food instead of an extracted oil so better calories more protein. Less liquid more of a dip more liquid more like. A dressing. Stay away from most store bought dressings. Also get sunlight hard in the winter. If you don't have enough vitamin d all sorts of terrible shit can happen you can only get d from animal products or the sun. They use moss I forget what type to make vitamin d but some people say it's not as good as animal extracted because it's not the same hormone. Just like vitamin a is only an animal product but beta caratene in carrots sweet potatoes turns into vitamin a in your liver which is why liver is loaded with vitamin a. Some people can't make the conversion and then they have no vitamin a. I like to take a good B12 like methlycobalamin the cheaper ones at a drug store are cyacobalimin made out of cyanide. That's the kind they fortified good with cause it's cheaper like a poptart etc. Or cliff bar. Without d you can't make testosterone you can also get vitamin d extracted from sheep wool. It's the same that our bodies use. Some people say that's bad because they use pesticides to protect the wool. I think it's best to get it from sun but we aren't all wim Hof and not every one can sit in the sun for hours everyday. Look into nice cream too you can use frozen bananas coconut milk and cacao and make a dank soft serve you can add some medicated coconut oil too lol. It's like making a smoothie less liquid. No sugar get all your potassium from the bananas. Stay away from tofu and soy. Peanuts are a legume too. See if that improves anything. I feel like diet is a huge part of it also I've gone on too long lol. If you want more info feel free to ask.

Accurately reviewing Cannabis while consuming prescription medication.

that’s the question guys? Is it possible to accurately review auto flower/Cannabis while consuming prescription medication?. I personally do not believe this is possible due to the way prescription medication affects the brain.

Hi I’m a grower I’ve grown plants since the 90s I was born in the very early 70s. So I have had reasonable knowledge and time to actually judge cannabis and it’s potential benefits.

however around 2016 I had to undergo several major operations losing a considerable amount of use of my left arm, also leaving considerable nerve damage throughout the left side of my body. after consistently trying and failing to recover and manage pain I became addicted to prescription medication, during these years I have taken many of the tablets available on the NHS to manage pain especially nerve pain.

One thing about consuming medications has left me without any doubt that prescription medications affect and disrupt the way cannabinoids work within the body. Relating directly to the question above.
While using many prescription meds I found using and consuming Cannabis extremely fickle..

12 months ago I decided to completely reevaluate my life and clean my body as much as possible from prescription medication and make a move towards a permanent routine of managing my condition with medical cannabis.

I won’t bore you with the stories of detox, addiction as they are as difficult to tell and as painful to remember, however I am now only using Co-Codamol and ibuprofen alongside cannabis.

once my body was flushed of prescription medications one of the first things I noticed was how differently the effects of cannabis strains were on a clear and clean system.
Once again the euphoric/medical and calming properties of Cannabis returned to me..

Medical cannabis by no means manages my condition or pain as well as prescription medication once did, but it leaves me a clean and clear head with which I can think and be myself rather than somebody I or my my family no longer recognise.

One of the first things I noticed was that Cannabis strains I had rejected as being unsuitable for my needs or just a strain that I thought was indeed unsuited and ineffective became a completely different player in the game.

So the question remains with the forum, Is It’s possible to accurately review cannabis while consuming prescription medication? Are we as a community unjustified in a review of a product if we are consuming prescription meds?

As such a large proportion of society are consuming prescription medications alongside cannabis, I find my question above has extremely disturbing possibilitys.
Reviews should ask about other prescription medications being taken. I think it's a good idea to review cannabis regardless whether other drugs are being taken or not. That's valuable information, provided we know what other drugs are being taken.

Yup..I Hit the same as you.... :pass: ...the pain killers didn't kill the pain...and I didn't even recognise myself on them...it wasn't Me.

Me too...from a brain filled with pain...I've got is Down to cannabis...and over the counter pain killers 3 or 4 times a year.

So Subjective.

When I was on the prescription drugs....cannabis gave me a Light at the End of a tunnel...rather than consistant..reliable pain relief...:pass:....but...it Was that Hope that stopped me ending my life.

The prescription drugs never gave me that relief.

Looking at the different reactions between me and hubby....I've Wondered if it is a difference between female/male users..
med users/non med users.... ..and I've come u with no more conclusions other than what @Frank the Dank says...subjective...:pass:
I told my wife that cannabis would help her pain. But it doesn't for some reason. I just made some edibles from Double Grape that helped me with chronic nerve-related shoulder pain though, so I'm hopeful.

For me...Best pain killers are Afghan/Kush dominants left to go over Amber.

The Amber is the narcotic pain killer........ :headbang: .....Good Luck...don't give up trying.....

Sometimes i get an initial increase in my nerve pain immediately after vaping, but once the initial rush subsides I find I can achieve a good level of release for the Indica..(Ibuprofen and codine+paracetamol included I am unable to deal with the discomfort without these medications, i have tried so many times.

The way Cannabis works for me I find really interesting, it’s incredible to be honest as after vaping it’s like the Cannabinoids activity seek out the damaged nerve. Then there is the initial increase in pain as the Cannabis is activated in my system, once activated the discomfort ease. (Totally mind blowing stuf)

Somedays nothing can help me Man nothin, then I take to pacing the house all nigh cos it’s to uncomfortably to stop moving..

Excellent....as we say...always subjective...but the Affy/Kush are my nerve pain killers.

Because the first Effects I got were brain fog lift...clear thoughts and energy...I went down a lot of wrong road with people saying I needed Satis...when in fact it was Affies.... :pass: ...[or ultra Indies.]

There are more canna that don't Help me..than do...I have a very narrow Genetic Pool to select from that work for me.

I Accept...that is my perculiarity.....or my med condition. I've had some of the Best ...most recommended canna and fallen flat with it...or in the case of Satis...actually wipe my pain killing effects.

To Absolute Exhaustion...yeah...been there....:headbang:..you got my empathy....it is a Bad place....But.....You too have Light at the end of the Tunnel.
It is Moveable. I've Been there.

BTW..are you UK...?

If you get to a specialist pain management unit...or maybe from your Doc if you are registered for nerve damage...you can get Capsasin cream on prescription....:pass:....with Regular use...it is one of a few non canna things that can Help.

Thanks Mossy, I will definitely explore this with my specialist.
Here is an unbelievable tale, after exhausting all the NHS medication’s as unsuitable, not just because they work or don’t work but because I still wanted to function as myself within the family Something Specialist's don’t always get.

I wrote to my pain specialist explaining I wanted to explore medical Cannabis as an option, I asked to be put forward for any trials and informed Mrs Pain specialist I was considering private medical cannabis support through Sapphire clinic.
Mrs Pain specialists response was by letter informing me I had been removed from their system and redirected to my GP…
Yup, I felt like Dougal on the magic roundabout with nowhere to run nowhere to hide. we have have now gone full circle again a kindly GP has referred me back through the system as she supports medical cannabis.
We really couldn’t make it Up.

Yes I’m UK here.
