I asked the Advanced Nutrients' grower help line when Connoisseur Coco Grow and Bloom will be available. The response was:
"We are looking at mid-year for the Connoisseur Coco nutrient."

So if you are like me, wanting to use Connoisseur Coco, which presumably will be better than the current Sensi Coco base nutes, forget it. It's just another virtual nonexistent product.

It now appears AN will have been promoting/hyping this mythical product for a year or more before they actually introduce it. Poor business practice in my view - disrespects the customers.

Iv just finished a grow with there pH perfect coco and I loved it, I need to get it dialed in more as it's quite strong, for my autos 2ml/L is enough and that's half does, 1.5ml/L would be better. I also got my highest yielding plant in first run.

Im using ph perfect coco too and really love it. My plants are growing vigorous and lush green plus very easy to use. I use them with tap water and even then it holds the ph level for 5 days easy.

BII what exactly is in the connoisseur version vs the regular coco nutes? Cant imagine much more since these already have a bunch of trace goodies that autos love. Maybe higher amounts of cal/mag?

I have no idea what the difference is between the nonexistent Connoisseur coco base nutes and the current Sensi Coco base nutes. I would guess it is much as same as the differences between their current regular Connoisseur and Sensi base nutes, which I've never seen explained in any meaningful way.

I asked AN whether, presuming one is growing in coco coir and capable of spotting any problems (Ca/Mg deficiencies in coco), would they recommend using a better base, Connoisseur, and supplementing as needed (add their upscale CalMag supplement) or just use Sensi Coco. They avoided answering this question (which was 1 of several posed in the same Email). Does anyone have any actual experience with both approaches in coco, any comparative studies?

What I really want to know is:
Presuming one wants to stick with AN base nutes and grow autos in coco coir, what is the best approach - Sensi Coco or Connoisseur plus Ca/Mg supplementation?

Thats a good question! I was wondering the same thing when i was trying to decide what to get. Went with the coco verison just because of the calmag. A good grower could probably get away with using the connoisseur line plus supplements.

Do you guys use anything else than the sensi coco grow/bloom perfect pH ? If you do use other nutes what are those?
So only use half the recommended doses?
Do you use pH/PPM meters to measure your water/nutes or is it not needed with the perfect pH nutes?
How often is it needed to flush the plants with these nutes?
