Well I kinda decided my mind on the a51. I'm still very new to led's and grows and need to research more about everything like spectrum and such. For the first led I'll go with them and the second maybe i'll get something else or their new unit.
There's no exact right distance bro, it's different for different panels/grow mediums/environments. Generally closer during flowering than vegging but it's very much a case of finding the sweet spot yourself. Don't worry, the plant will let you know if she's not happy before any lasting damage is done if you get too close.

I am usinng an apollo4 with custum spectrum. I am in 3rd week of veg today i noticed a problem with panel. When lights go off with timer i can see that panel still gets some power just a fragment of light but it is noticable. Since i am going to flower next week i wonder if this is gonna be a problem. And if u got any suggestions. By the way if i close panel from switch it goes total dark. So maybe it's timer's problem ?
anyone had this problem before and what i can do to fix it ?
Hi Psychokiller (Qu'est-ce que c'est) sorry couldnt resist ^_^
If you're growing an auto, that little bit of light wont hurt. I'm not familiar with appollo lights, but could it be like a little standby light? like when you turn a telly off but not by the plug??
If the light isn't coming from the modules, can you isolate it and put a little bit of black electrical tape over it?
Definatly the timer letting some power through bro Ive read it happens to a few others here, the solution is a heavy duty timer like a Plug n grow which has a built in contractor or you need a seperate contractor.
If your growing autos they will be fine with the light but if photosensitive they need full darkness.
