Cool!
I already said this in the other "welcome thread", but figured it couldn't hurt to put it up here. I had some of your Polar Lights (when they were new on the market 2 yrs back) hermie unfortunately, and I wasn't too impressed over their performance. Well, it was a simple low budget windowsill grow, so my expectations weren't that high anyway, but the Lowryder 2 did better under the same conditions. And that is the way I prefer to grow autos; on my windowsill. Just boost the veg process with some CFLs and then only pure sunlight for the buds. Cheapest way to grow dope that I know of. By the way, I'm not saying this to discredit your work. I admire your work, and look forward to grow some of your other strains, that ortega indica might be something for my insomnia for instance... But it surprises me that such a well known seed company sell seeds that hermie. I forgive you, don't worry! But I thought you should know.
I'm not done yet, though. I'd like to direct some more constructive criticism at your habit of only selling Autofem. I prefer Autoreg for the obvious reason that you can't keep an auto motherplant, so that package of 5 seeds will only produce five plants unless they make babies, but with these femmes you can't have any! Or, if you're "lucky", you'll find a "transvestite" to mate them with. No gay sex in my house though! So please, I'd be very happy if one of your 2012 surprises shows up to be a strong and stable Auto strain in regular format. I know you could do it.
Lastly, I'm not playing stupid. I know its a business too. Fem seeds are a type of genetic "copyright". I can respect that. But we all know that cannabis is much more than a business too, especially breeding, which is a passion rather. So for those out there who're also looking at creating something for themselves, regular seeds is the only way to go. But as things look like at the market right now it seems like it'll be harder to get your hands on some real potent and stable strains in the future, if you want regulars. I respect those who stand up against the current, and some seed companies do, amongst them you guys, just add some autos to your next batch of regular seeds, or why not a mix pack? Then we can all grow that and mix the genes up further and see what monster comes out! Personally I want to (or want to see someone) develop a cbd-rich auto, just like the cannatonic or harlequin, i. e. something that is not too cerebral, just relaxing but without the heavy stone. As autos are the easiest crop to grow, I think that could be a hit amongst many laymen, who often don't appreciate strains where the thc ratio is very high compared to the cbd ratio. For such a strain I would consider buying fem seeds
Happy that you guys are on board!
