But Id buy atleast 1 or even 2 of the regular old (pretty cheap wally world)Jiffys organic seedlng mix and dump a whole one (single bag only)in there and mix that all up and start from there.you'll see dude.

ok well to do it right you would want two..but with that size of tent for optimal preformance grow one gooood solid worked bean fem or whatever of your liking and try and aquire a few #5 pots man.How tall is your tent?4ft er so?i hope so LOL! 6ft?Awesome!!the pots you can ask nurseries in your area and shop around local if ya got places but you can find somewhat cheap ones on amazon,they are a little pricey but the quality from what Ive seen is excellent.well unless they screw ya for some crazy reason which we all know happens LOL.but check that out.they are often about 3.2Gallon to around a 3.5 gallon true.NICE POTS MAN!! but the cloth pots will do fine you'll just be completely root bound before long.thats why I like a deeper pot.

the 2.1 mix I can only assume(we know what happen when ya do that LOL) its a fullstrength mix since I guess it was unspecified.so that'll work.buy a bag of either Black gold potting mix organic ofcourse,or better yet Dr. Earth black bag cost ya bout 20 bucks er so a bug1.5CF and thats about anywhere from 2 5 gallon pot to even three 5 gallon pots of soil depending how you fill them ofcoure.10 gallons lets say!!So you have roughly 3 gallons soild of 2.1 mix at full strength.so take that Dr eath or whatever you get.eve Miracle grow organics line isd very cheap and fairly decent soil.ive used PLENTY of that and much cheaper ones to.anywho, 2.1 mix and the bag o reg soil.dump 2 gallons of soils in there.2 gallons TRUE or awful close to it anywho.nothing has to be exact man.,you can eyeball it just dont get super creative,thats all.and dump in 1 gallon of perlite,no additives n al that blah blah LOL mix that up and hit it with a little water with some Molasses and a small bit of liquid kelp.GS labs is my brand,but there are a few Id say you can use that are prolly cheaper than are dent.and a standard strength mix and water that soil in and stick it back in your container and mix it up real good and make sure your moisture level is good.Ya know the squeeze test?a fistful of soil and make a firm(not hard) squeeze and it should atleast half way fall apart.it it sticks together or is in between,let it sit uncovered mixing it for a day or so to dry out near a fan or something.n thats that.you'll already ready already just like craft Mac n cheese mang LOL!

ok the cal mag sounds like the one thats there.so no worries man.it should be fine.

and teas we will cover in a bit.so dont worry bout that.its ideal to have some bonemeal EWC,molasses,liquid kelp and atleast a dual pump cuz small bubbles will NOT keep the life built for as long as larger ones.but it'll TOTALLY work for your gallon or two brew of teas.small dual pump,some line and a few sets of stones.they'll get gunked up from the micro life..LMFAO you'll see.

and grand ma molasses is juust fine,i use it too.but Vitalabs blackstrap or the liquid is best but not necessary.get it if ya want it cuz it is good stuff.Vitalabs AND grand mas is what Id recommend.but its very universal and think ahead a cpl grows too.very key point there cuz I can just about promose you your gonna wanna slap some bneans down again once you clip this gal donw..BET!!LOL!

Will do. I've got to run some errands later so I will stop by Wally World and pick up a couple of bags. You're saying to mix (1) bag of Jiffy with the remainder of my Mellow Mix and use that as a seedling starter?

I will start gathering the ingredients I don't have yet and buy a tote to mix them in. As for my current plants (sorry if I'm being dense or if you've already answered this) when it's time to water in two days what should I water them with? Again I apologize as I've had to rethink a lot of stuff in the last few days.

YUP, a single bag(buy two incase they are cheap) mixed with your mellow mix.without pics I dont know if its doing the same to you as it did me.but dont sound as bad so yeah.one bag n dump that in and mix that around n use that,YUP!

ok the watering,yeah i answered that but thats ok.lol.I know the feeling.anywho, if you can get some earth juice PH up and down.its solid for organics.dont worry bout the question of if ya should with tea n TLO at this time.thats kinda out the window if you want a slightly faster recovery.but slide a cpl drops.after taking the measurement of your PH of the water your using.if its low.use a few drop and PH it accordingly.it its high?add one or two small drops and water after gaining a baseline of where your at. you can give me some numbers n ill tell you what Id do.but thats up to you man.its low and high is juust fine for a hit it with one time.and you did the lime?!!So its now slooowly on the mend.unless more acids break out which could happen.so ya,do that with a small bit of molasses and liquid kelp if you got it and run some C)2 as well.all those thingsin small doses at this point will help in maintain stress activity at a minimum as best as ya can at this point.teasponn of mole per gallon.10-15cc(Half ounce max) of liquid kelp shake with a small bit of GW for added vitamins,half or even a quarter scoop n shake and apply AFTER PHing. now if your PH is really high come see me if you water is running high.but if its right about 7.Id would just add what I mentioned and that'll be that.

almost forgot Temps too.if your running hot?try getting it to around 78-80 or even 76 and maybe drop right about 10 degrees at night with little or no air flow IF and only IF your Rh is below 40% and your tent is clean.but if its not,keep a small fan blowing lightly near them.the plant and leaves need sleep man for optimum health.they dont liked to be bugged n flapped all day long if ya can help it..lol

I use a California Lightworks 200w (160 true watts) full spectrum LED.

Temps usually run around 84 degrees max but it's on a 2nd floor in a hot climate so that's as low as I can get it. I have a Can Fan 4" extraction fan running about half speed (full speed is too loud, neighbors hearing is a no go). I also have 2 small fans inside for air circulation. RH is currently at around 37%.

Any idea of if you can get liquid kelp/earth juice in brick and mortar stores? I can order them if need be but I'd need to rush the shipping. Headed to Wal Mart now, I'll check back and let you know what I picked up.

if the temps are that high your gonna want a small fan or two just rolling around some air at all times if temps are tat high.try using CO2. dude you dont need to rush delivery it man.it'll be there pretty quick id guess.Ive never waited long even with a small delay. a handful of days.just flow a cpl quarts is all.just give em a sip.Just PH that at higher levels like 7. n run CO2 and wait for your kelp.make sure your lime stays lightly moist with a spray bottle too.dont need to be wet man,just fairly moist is all,no worries.

and no idea if you can get them there.but it doent hurt to call em man. or stop in.but really you can use a lesser PH like general organics line.its not recommended but does do ok.your soil is in tough conditions so its a repair at this point.but most of any fair brand of PH stuff(no granules EVER of anything without talking to me first please lol)should steer you a lot faster down that road bro.no sweat.drop er two at a time.nothing heavy,just to push it towards where it needs to be.thats all.not a flat out exact measurement in PH it'll be alright. Cool?!

I just checked them and they feel like they have at least 3 days until they need watering. I was a little off. My grow partner is swinging by a gardening store to see if they have liquid kelp & castings. I went to Wal Mart & Home Depot and didn't see any Jiffy Seed starter or Black Gold organic potting mix. I'm gonna have my buddy check on those as well. If he comes up empty handed I'll just order some stuff in one package.

Also the temp in the tent at mid-day was 81 degrees. The leaves don't look great but man are the buds getting frosty on the bigger one!

Absolutely man,use CO2 especially if you temps n stresses are higher.the higer they are,the more you should run in a combo with other things too.Kelp,especially as a foliar,but we already talked about that,so liquid in the soil is the next step,even if kelp meal ids there,it tainted as well as a separate reactive feeding principle anyways sooo.lol.

Temp are a bit high man,n that too is effecting it(soil) too.soil loves to live indoors at roughly the temps that autos like when mixed n cut decent.well imo anyways.its done me fine so far and as stated multiple places as long as your micro life with a proper blend is at X(65F-78F) temp's it works the best and holds the life.heat kills life..simple.but your good dude.so dont worry.if it get much hotter just try a few things to keep it roughly at mid 80's but again,this is a repair job so just know it has a chance to fail.but with these things you'll be able to use them for a good long bit and several grows.you'll see man.running a cpl pots at a go??oh yeah man yer gona be solid in a minute man.

maan,that kinda suck bout the stuff at the store.do you have a dual pump.line and stones(3 sets of stones,pretty cheap,20 bucks)well instead of ordering did they have anything at wally world man? ive used a cpl other brands with decent success but dont recall the name(MS n memory FUN LOL) but worked well and was also cheap.but if it cheap to order coool.I hate to tell ppl to spend money but doing so ensures you'll have solid gear for a SOLID start and an understanding as to grow from here on out.once you grow with me ONCE,you'll never need my help again id bet.LOL!n you'll be rollin round tell ppl YUP, this n that and da udder ting mang!!LOL!especially a fall grow.I aint no go pro guy man,its about SOIL n life n how it works..thats all.noone is better than anyone..simple.but BOY is it fun at how simple it truly is LOL
