Lighting Anyone seen or heard of higrow 600w led growlight

hey guys new member here starting the plan for my second grow an came across this light at a decent price I know some will say it's cheap but that's the point for me I plan to have a 4x4 tent running 1-2 maybe 3 plants but prolly two plants an I'm wondering if it would be able to pull it off in flowering as well I also seen another for half the price I will post links for a better understanding thanks in advance

Welcome to afn. I'm a little upset no one has said anything here yet. No I have not heard of this company. It does look like a rebranded light though.
